Terms of Use

1. General

“Customer” Means the person who purchases products or services using their login
“Artisan Learning Lab” Means www.learninglab.nz

“GST” Means Goods & Services Tax chargeable in accordance with the Goods & Services Tax Act 1985
“Login” Means a customer’s personal email address and password used to access Artisan Learning Lab

“Products” Means products for sale on the Artisan Learning Lab website

By using Artisan Learning Lab you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. All products supplied by Artisan Learning Lab will be in accordance with these terms and conditions, and Artisan Learning Lab has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.

Artisan Learning Lab has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason.
Customers are liable for every order made under their login.

Artisan Learning Lab takes steps to ensure the information provided on its website is correct, however, there is no warranty in this regard, and Artisan Learning Lab will not be liable for any error or omission.

All photos show a representation of the appearance of the product, but there are likely to be variations.

2. Price

The customer will pay Artisan Learning Lab for the products ordered at the price displayed on the website at the time the order is submitted.

The prices of products are in local currency and are inclusive of GST.
If Artisan Learning Lab is unable to supply the products ordered, Artisan Learning Lab will refund the customer’s payment.

3. Product Quality

The customer acknowledges Artisan Learning Lab provides digital goods or services. Artisan Learning Lab will, at its discretion, provide a refund for any issues if the customer contacts Artisan Learning Lab within 48 hours of receiving the product or service. If requested by Artisan Learning Lab, you need to provide details about the issue before any refund or resolution. Artisan Learning Lab will not be liable for any issues as a result of the product being misused after delivery or access.

4. Payment

Customers must pay for the products purchased either by internet banking or by credit card before access to the product or service is granted.

The customer is liable for all costs associated with debt collection.

Artisan Learning Lab does not keep on record any customers' credit card details.

Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) is the company Artisan Learning Lab uses for processing all credit card transactions securely.

Customers with an Artisan Learning Lab account who receive invoice billing are required to pay on the stated due date. Artisan Learning Lab will charge interest of 3% per month and debt collection charges on any accounts not paid by the due date.

5. Access

Artisan Learning Lab reserves the right to withhold access to any product or service for any reason whatsoever.
Access will be granted to the email and login credentials provided by the customer at the time of the order. Once access is provided, the product or service will be deemed delivered.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Artisan Learning Lab is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any product or service. Artisan Learning Lab is not liable for any consequential injury or loss of any kind arising from the customer’s use of Artisan Learning Lab or access to the products or services provided.

7. Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify Artisan Learning Lab against all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses arising directly or indirectly out of the customer’s use of the Artisan Learning Lab website or access to any product or service.

8. Use of Cookies by Artisan Learning Lab

Google Analytics

These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where the visitors have come from, and the pages they visited.

9. Guarantee

If the customer is not completely satisfied with the quality of Artisan Learning Lab's products or services, Artisan Learning Lab will provide a replacement or a refund.

10. Refunds

Artisan Learning Lab does not offer refunds if you change your mind.
